## Faruk Gul, Wolfgang Pesendorfer, and I just completed a [new paper](/files/tomasz/files/jointly_edited_version.pdf). We propose a model that captures forms of limited attention and underreaction. We show what happens with prices in a complete markets economy. Comments welcome.
